The Chicken Diaries 2: First Egg From This Flock!

A few days ago Yodels, one of our little white leghorn girls, laid her first egg! She was just about 19 weeks old. Such a perfect little white egg!

And then the next day, another perfect egg! Here's a look at how she's grown. She is just a few days old in the photo below.

And here she is a few weeks ago. Her comb is much much larger now, it actually flops to one side now:

So proud of her! And she seems quite proud of herself too, as she struts out of the coop after laying her egg!
