Easy Butter Pie Crust Recipe

So many people are incredibly intimidated by pie crust. And I will admit, there are some difficult to master crust recipes out there! But this one is so easy! It's perfect for a quick dinner and it is so delicious. It uses only FOUR ingredients. That's it!

Ingredients:

2 cups flour (I like this one)
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup butter
5 tbs cold water

Makes two crusts. Halve the recipe to make a single crust!

Combine flour & salt. Cut in butter (you can just use a fork or your hands if you don't have a pastry cutter) until the mixture is coarse crumbs. Stir in the water until the flour is moist. Divide dough in half and shape into round balls. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Let it come to room temperature for about 15 minutes before rolling!
